Paul Domanski is the founder of Domanski.AI, a company based in Cape Town that installs AI agents into existing roles inside businesses. Rather than replacing people, his approach augments them: agents take on defined responsibilities and deliver work that humans review, so teams gain leverage without losing oversight.
Paul runs his own company on the same multi-agent stack he sells to clients. Work arrives as a written brief, an agent spawns in its own workspace, does the work, and files a report back for human review. This daily practice gives him a practitioner’s perspective on what actually works when organizations adopt agentic AI, from structuring tasks to keeping humans in the loop.
He is also the builder of headroom, an open source usage-tracking tool for people running Claude and Codex across multiple accounts, available on GitHub. Through Domanski.AI, his writing, and his podcast appearances, Paul shares practical lessons on bringing AI agents into everyday business roles.
