Meysam Asgari-Chenaghlu is an AI manager, researcher, and author working in natural language processing and applied machine learning. He is an AI Manager at Carbon Consulting, where he leads AI projects from concept to delivery, and a PhD candidate at the University of Tabriz, combining academic depth with industry practice.

Meysam is the co-author, with Savas Yildirim, of Mastering Transformers, published by Packt. The book is a practical guide to building state-of-the-art NLP applications with transformer models, covering how these architectures work and how to apply them to real problems. His hands-on project experience includes the Chatbot NLU project for one of Turkey’s leading telecommunication companies and the Turkey national search engine project, two large-scale applications of language understanding and information retrieval.

Through his writing, research, and project leadership, Meysam helps teams turn modern transformer research into working NLP systems, from chatbots and semantic search to production machine learning pipelines.
