Louis Amaudruz is an AI engineer at SandboxAQ, the parent company behind Switch. He and his team built Switch to solve a problem they experienced firsthand: as teams adopt more AI agents across different tools and frameworks, putting those agents to work across an organization required new integrations and repeated context sharing. Switch grew out of that need, bringing people and agents together in the collaboration tools teams already use while keeping context and history with the work.

His work sits at the intersection of AI engineering and product development, with a focus on how agentic systems fit into everyday team workflows. Building Switch has given him hands-on experience with the practical challenges of deploying AI agents in real organizations, from integrating diverse agent frameworks to preserving shared context so that both people and agents can act on the same information. Through this work, Louis helps teams move from experimenting with AI agents to genuinely collaborating with them.
