Rahul Jain is a data engineering manager at Siemens with more than 12 years of experience in data and engineering. His career has taken him from hands-on ETL developer to leading an IoT data platform, and for the last several years he has managed data engineering teams, balancing individual contributor credibility with the demands of people leadership.

At Siemens, Rahul works on the challenges that come with scaling data platforms in a large enterprise: migrating ETL pipelines to ELT architectures, designing data lakes and data lineage, and building end-to-end pipeline patterns for ingestion, monitoring, and exposure of data to consumers.
