Vladimir Haltakov is a self-driving car engineer with deep experience in machine learning and computer vision. Working on autonomous driving means teaching computers to perceive the physical world reliably enough to make decisions, and that environment has shaped his engineering judgment: rigorous evaluation, healthy skepticism about model performance, and a strong preference for solutions grounded in real data.

Vladimir is equally passionate about the learning side of technology. He is a co-founder of Bnomial, together with Santiago Valdarrama, and co-author of Everyday ML Questions.
