Victoria Perez Mola was born in Argentina and graduated in Systems Engineering. She is currently an Analytics Engineer at Tier in Berlin and has over five years of experience working with ERP systems, reporting, and databases, acting as the intersection between business and technology.

In her day-to-day work, Victoria focuses on data modeling, pipelines, data quality, and business intelligence, with hands-on expertise in dbt, SQL, Snowflake, and Looker. She has also played a visible role in the analytics engineering community: she created and teaches the analytics engineering module of DataTalks.Club’s Data Engineering Zoomcamp, helping thousands of learners understand this emerging role that sits between analysts and engineers.

Victoria is passionate about using technology to make people’s daily tasks easier. In her free time, she encourages people to enter the IT world by volunteering, teaching, and mentoring.
