Tobias Zwingmann is a Senior Data Scientist and Co-Founder of RAPYD.AI, a Germany-based AI startup focused on prototyping AI solutions. His mission is to help companies adopt machine learning and AI faster, while creating meaningful business impact and reducing the risk of project failure that derails so many AI initiatives.

Tobias brings more than 15 years of corporate experience to that mission. In previous roles he was responsible for creating a company-wide data strategy and building out data science use cases, giving him first-hand knowledge of what it takes to move AI from experiment to enterprise value.

He is the author of AI-Powered Business Intelligence, a book about improving forecasts and business outcomes with machine learning. Through his writing, his startup work, and his talks, Tobias focuses on making AI practical, valuable, and adoptable for real organizations.
