His career has run from business intelligence and on-premise big data environments to staff-level data engineering, giving him a ground-level view of how data platforms evolve as companies grow.

That experience shapes how he thinks about scale: building self-service data platforms that let teams move without bottlenecks, adopting event streaming with Kafka, schema registries, and data contracts, and hiring senior engineers who can raise the bar.
