Maxim Lukichev is a co-founder and the CTO of Telmai (telm.ai), leading the technical direction of the company he co-founded after more than a decade of building large-scale data systems.

Max holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science, with his research rooted in database theory. He spent over a decade building SaaS products with a focus on big data analytics and machine learning at companies like Veeva, Reltio, SignalFx, and Splunk, organizations that sit at the center of how enterprises store, analyze, and act on data at scale. Throughout his career, Max observed the transformations of these companies from very early stages through to acquisition and IPO, an experience that informs how he thinks about building products and companies today.

That mix of deep theoretical grounding, hands-on SaaS engineering, and startup leadership makes Max a seasoned voice on big data analytics, machine learning systems, and the practical challenges of turning early-stage ideas into durable products.
