Kevin Huo is a data scientist with experience spanning tech and finance. He is currently a Data Scientist at a hedge fund, and previously worked as a Data Scientist at Facebook, where he worked on Facebook Groups, one of the platform’s largest products.

Kevin’s foundation is unusually broad for a data scientist. He holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a degree in business from Wharton, and during college he interned on Wall Street, at Facebook, and at Bloomberg, giving him early exposure to how data is used to make decisions in markets, media, and consumer products alike.

He is the co-author, with Nick Singh, of Ace the Data Science Interview, a book built from 201 real data science interview questions covering statistics, probability, SQL, machine learning, and case studies. Drawing on his own path through internships, Facebook, and finance, Kevin has helped thousands of candidates prepare for data science and analytics interviews and understand what hiring teams are actually looking for.
