Julia Ostheimer started her work career as a project manager before making a deep dive into the world of artificial intelligence. Her academic thesis focused on human-in-the-loop computing, a machine learning approach to achieving high-accuracy algorithms by combining machine intelligence with human domain expertise, a topic that sits at the heart of modern applied AI.

Since then, Julia has been working and volunteering in the field of data science and machine learning, always interested in learning and applying new knowledge from AI and ML research to real problems.
