Joyce Kay Avila is a data and AI strategist who has spent more than 25 years as a business and technology leader. Her background bridges the technical and the commercial: she holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science and business administration, and completed her PhD coursework in accounting information systems, a combination that lets her speak fluently to both engineers and executives about how data platforms create value.

Joyce’s platform expertise is deep and formally recognized. She holds numerous Salesforce and Slack certifications, along with Tableau certification, and is certified in Snowflake.
