Jesse Anderson is a data engineer and Creative Engineer who serves as Managing Director of the Big Data Institute. Over his career he has worked with organizations ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 100 companies on big data, covering cutting-edge technologies like Apache Kafka, Apache Hadoop, and Apache Spark.
Teaching is central to Jesse’s work. He has taught more than 30,000 people the skills needed to become data engineers, and he is widely regarded as an expert in the field, known for his novel and effective teaching practices.
