Himanshu Upreti is the Co-Founder and CTO of Ai Palette, where he leads both the technology and the vision behind the company’s platform. Ai Palette is building an AI platform that generates consumer product concepts for the CPG industry, analyzing millions of data points in different languages so that brands can spot emerging consumer trends and create new concepts with the click of a button. The approach tackles a real industry pain point: product concept generation has changed little in decades, while most newly launched CPG products fail within their first year.

Before co-founding Ai Palette, Himanshu worked at Visa Data Labs, where he filed two trade secrets and played a major role in restructuring Visa’s tech stack. He also spoke about using AI in consumer food product innovation at the DataTalks.Club conference in February 2021, demystifying how modern AI is being applied to market research and product concept generation.

Himanshu is a graduate in Mathematics and Computing from IIT Guwahati, a foundation he draws on daily as he leads machine learning engineering at product scale.
