Gráinne McKnight is a data scientist based in Berlin who has spent the past years building data products in fintech. Her project portfolio includes a customer service chatbot, a geolocation service, and machine learning models for money laundering and fraud detection, work that sits right where statistical rigor meets regulated financial products.

These days Gráinne is working on exciting new things at Spoke, carrying her product mindset and modeling experience into a new domain. She describes herself as Bayesian at heart, and her technical interests range across reinforcement learning, network science, and ML ops.

Beyond building models, Gráinne is always happy to talk with fellow practitioners, whether the topic is probabilistic thinking, graph data, or the operational side of keeping machine learning systems healthy in production.
