Emmanuel Raj is a Finland-based Lead Machine Learning Engineer with more than seven years of industry experience. He leads machine learning work at Relex Solution, where he is proficient in building data pipelines, developing machine learning models, and deploying software to production. Alongside his industry role, he is an ML researcher at Arcada University of Applied Sciences, keeping one foot firmly in academia.

Emmanuel is the author of Engineering MLOps, a book that guides practitioners through operationalizing machine learning, from building reproducible pipelines to running and monitoring models in production. His work reflects a conviction that the hardest part of machine learning is not training a model but running it reliably, at scale, in the real world.
