Alicja Notowska is a seasoned talent acquisition specialist, or as she jokingly calls herself, a professional stalker. She has more than 10 years of tech recruitment experience gained at some of the most competitive employers in the European tech scene, including Google and Zalando, and most recently at WeAreKeen, an embedded talent agency that works inside the companies it hires for.
